1. INSPECT STEERING PAD SWITCH LH

  1. Check the resistance of the steering pad switch.

    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance:

      10 (AU1) - 8 (EAU)
      		All switches released
      		95 to 105 kΩ
      10 (AU1) - 8 (EAU)
      		SEEK+ switch: pushed in
      		Below 2.5 Ω
      10 (AU1) - 8 (EAU)
      		SEEK- switch: pushed in
      		313 to 345 Ω
      10 (AU1) - 8 (EAU)
      		VOL+ switch: pushed in
      		950 to 1050 Ω
      10 (AU1) - 8 (EAU)
      		VOL- switch: pushed in
      		2955 to 3265 Ω
      9 (AU2) - 8 (EAU)
      		All switches released
      		95 to 105 kΩ
      9 (AU2) - 8 (EAU)
      		MODE switch: pushed in
      		Below 2.5 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the steering pad switch LH.
